DTN\Progressive Farmer Senior Copy Editor
Tara Trenary

Tara Trenary joined DTN/Progressive Farmer as the senior copy editor in March 2011. She graduated from the University of Kansas in 1997 with a degree in journalism.

 

Before joining the DTN/Progressive Farmer team, Tara worked at several newspapers across the country, including the Lawrence Journal-World, The Birmingham News, ANG Newspapers, and the Long Beach Press-Telegram, as a news/features designer and copy editor before moving into magazine publishing.

 

Starting at Progressive Farmer as a senior designer in 2000, Tara played varied roles at several health and lifestyle publications, including copy/research editor at Cooking Light and Health magazines, and web editor at Hoffman Media. Tara also has experience in website management, writing, editing, and design.
