Lori Culler
Lori (Lennard) Culler is founder of AgHires, an online job board and recruiting firm dedicated to the agriculture industry. AgHires offers job postings, sourcing and full contingency recruitment for farms and agribusinesses.   

Lori grew up on the family farm (Lennard Ag) and as an adult supported its growth to more than 8,000 acres of vegetables and grain production.  Lori's on-farm contributions focused on business strategy, organizational development, human capital strategy and financial management. 

Prior to Lennard Ag, Lori worked as a human capital consultant for Fortune 500 companies where she focused on talent management practices, business process improvement, and compensation analysis.  She led initiatives in recruiting, on-boarding, employee relations and performance management.
