Spot ethanol prices were mixed on Monday, with Chicago, New York and Phoenix markets edging lower while Tampa values spiked. California and Oregon ethanol markets were unchanged. Trade volume was sizable on the first day of trade for the week, with the focus turning to weekly ethanol supply data due on Wednesday.

Tampa spot ethanol prices traded 12.5cts higher at $1.725 gallon, with New Mexico spot prices trading at $1.62 gallon. Chicago ethanol trading under Rule 11 changed hands at $1.50 gallon, down a penny. Argo was seen down 0.5cts at $1.505 gallon while New York Harbor was seen down a penny at $1.58 gallon.
