Spot ethanol prices were flat to slightly higher on the back of modest gains for Chicago Board of Trade corn futures and talk that supply is tight along the East and Gulf coasts. A lack of an adequate number of railcars has limited the amount of product shipment to the New York Harbor from Midwest plants.
