Spot ethanol prices declined again Tuesday as weather conditions continue to improve, allowing product deliveries to be made that, in turn, eased supply worries raised by logistical woes caused by an arctic blast.

The price downside was curbed at Argo and the New York Harbor by expectation weekly data to be issued Wednesday would show lower supplies.

Prompt transfer Argo ethanol was valued at $2.15 per gallon, down 2.0 cents, while prompt New York Harbor ethanol barge was seen at $2.35 per gallon, down 2.0 cents. Oregon prompt ethanol was bid at $2.47 per gallon, 8.0 cents lower, while prompt Arizona ethanol was seen at $2.52 per gallon, down 14.0 cents.
