JLG STEPS INTO AG

JLG Industries Inc., an Oshkosh Corporation company, has introduced its first ag market product, a telehandler.

The AG925 telehandler has 8,800 pounds of capacity and a 24-foot-9-inch maximum lift height. It's tight turning radius and 25-mile-per-hour max travel speed allow it to work in and around barns, including up and down livestock rows.

A wide range of attachments are available -- carriages, forks, buckets, bale handlers, personnel work platform and auger. When equipped with a quick coupler, the AG925 can also be used with third-party and skid-steer attachments to move feed, bedding and hay.

CUB CADET INTRODUCES CHALLENGER M SERIES

Cub Cadet's new Challenger M Series side-by-side brings bigger hauling capacity, simplified A-arm guards and on-demand four-wheel drive into an accessible off-road package.

The M Series features two engine options. The M 550 comes with a 546cc EFI (electronic fuel injection) liquid-cooled engine, while the M 750 EPS brings a 735cc EFI liquid-cooled engine with factory-installed electronic power steering.

The Challenger M Series includes a digital dash display, LED headlights and 26-inch off-road tires, and adjustable four-wheel suspension. An MX Series 550 and 750 EPS includes additional features such as a hard-top roof, 3,500-pound winch and high-sided sealed doors.

GSI INTROS EVO 50 BIN

GSI's new EVO 50 bin is engineered to keep outside elements outside. The EVO 50's design incorporates stronger connections (with advanced sealing system) that minimize the number of bolts needed.

The EVO 50 design is available on stiffened bins 11 rings and taller, from 15 feet all the way to 156 feet in diameter.

DANUSER HAS NEW POST DRIVER AND STUMP AUGER

Danuser's new Hornet post driver is sold in two models. The T7 drives T-posts up to 7 inches in diameter at 500 to 900 blows per minute. The T8-RR drives T-posts up to an 8 inches in diameter at 400 to 800 blows per minute.

A hydraulic grapple option allows one person to pick up, load and drive posts. The Hornet comes standard with a flow control valve that allows the driver to run on machines with hydraulic flows up to 30 gallons per minute.

The stump auger is a standard 2-inch hex auger attachment that planes away stumps without requiring large, specialized equipment. A threaded pilot digs into the stump, and large cutting blades then shave the stump away. The large cutting blades are reversible for more cutting life.

The stump auger is available in 10-inch and 16-inch diameters. The 10-inch can run on auger units with 1,700 foot-pounds or more of torque, and the 16-inch can run on auger units with 3,000 foot-pounds or more of torque.

NEW LEADERSHIP AT CLAAS

CLAAS has announced that Eric Raby will succeed Leif Magnusson as senior vice president of the Americas Region effective Oct. 1, 2021.

Raby joined CLAAS of America in 2015 and has been the president and GM -- sales for CLAAS of America during that time. In addition to his responsibilities at CLAAS of America, Raby will assume leadership of CLAAS sales companies in Brazil and Argentina as well as importer markets throughout Latin America.

DESIGNEUROPA AWARDS 2021 FINALISTS INCLUDE DEERE DESIGNERS

The DesignEuropa Awards recognize forward-looking pioneers within the design industry across a range of sectors and highlight the significant impact of their innovative products.

For 2021, a group of Deere & Company designers is among the finalists in the industry category for outstanding designs among large- and medium-sized businesses. Deere is recognized for its 8R Series tractors that enable operators to set multiple wheel configurations to the benefit of sustainable practices.

The design team includes: Felix Nagelin, Brian Huenink, John W. Krieger, Eric Keen, Sebastian M. Himpel, Thorsten Hagner, Daniel J. Deboer, Martin Clay, Michael D. Kollath, Richard Knowels Jr., Thomas C. Boe and Charles Warren.

Winners will be announced on Oct. 19, 2021.
