Spot ethanol prices followed a selloff in the broader market, with CBOT September corn futures settling down more than 13 cents a bushel. Prompt delivered ethanol at the Argo terminal traded at $1.455 per gallon, down 4.0 cents, while Chicago Rule 11 ethanol traded at $1.45 per gallon, down 4.0 cents. An August ethanol barge at the New York Harbor was talked at $1.52 per gallon, down 4.0 cents, while Arizona spot prices traded at $1.64 per gallon for a 3.0-cents loss.
