USDA Worthing, SD Fdr Cattle Wtd Avg 09/15 12:15 AMS_2026 MARS Sioux Falls Regional Cattle Auction - Worthing, SD Sioux Falls Regional Livestock-Worthing,SD Livestock Weighted Average Report for 09/15/2025 - Final Auction This Week Last Reported Last Year ------------------------------------------------------------ Total Receipts: ------------------------------------------------------------ FEEDER CATTLE 1600 3339 3043 Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers sold with steady to lower undertones, compared to last week's much larger offering. Good demand for the packages of spring born calves, the market is very active on these light weight cattle. Good demand for the long strings of yearlings, many full loads and multiple load lots. Flesh condition ran towards the heavier side, the market was active but cattle feeders watch the flesh condition closely and bid accordingly. Big gains in the cattle futures complex, reports of 240.00 cash cattle at the end of last week as well helped to support the feeder cattle market. --------------------------------------------------------------- FEEDER CATTLE --------------------------------------------------------------- HEIFERS - Large 1 (Per Cwt/Actual) Head Wt Range Avg Wt Price Range Avg Price 75 1014-1044 1026 288-303 293.86 HEIFERS - Medium and Large 1 (Per Cwt/Actual) Head Wt Range Avg Wt Price Range Avg Price 16 300-348 326 485-510 501.21 10 405-405 405 490-490 490 5 460-460 460 450-450 450 8 525-525 525 435-435 435 27 673-673 673 405-405 405 8 781-781 781 335-335 335 27 810-810 810 323-323 323 71 879-880 879 307-313 312.15 67 885-889 885 309-311 309.24 Fleshy 65 919-919 919 315-315 315 164 959-997 972 299-299.5 299.18 Fleshy HEIFERS - Medium and Large 1-2 (Per Cwt/Actual) Head Wt Range Avg Wt Price Range Avg Price 3 255-255 255 485-485 485 6 497-497 497 395-395 395 STEERS - Large 1 (Per Cwt/Actual) Head Wt Range Avg Wt Price Range Avg Price 25 1029-1029 1029 321.5-321.5 321.5 45 1045-1045 1045 309-309 309 Fleshy 236 1109-1140 1130 302-305.75 304.13 43 1218-1218 1218 282.5-282.5 282.5 STEERS - Medium and Large 1 (Per Cwt/Actual) Head Wt Range Avg Wt Price Range Avg Price 25 368-388 373 495-555 528.37 13 478-493 484 475-485 479.99 3 547-547 547 440.25-440.25 440.25 29 600-625 613 445-446 445.53 13 650-650 650 441-441 441 81 736-738 737 380-414 401.01 10 834-834 834 335-335 335 126 903-903 903 348.5-348.5 348.5 58 958-958 958 324.5-324.5 324.5 Fleshy 216 975-975 975 329.5-329.5 329.5 STEERS - Medium and Large 1-2 (Per Cwt/Actual) Head Wt Range Avg Wt Price Range Avg Price 3 408-408 408 385-385 385 5 656-656 656 320-320 320
