Spot ethanol prices were mixed in light trade Thursday afternoon, with prompt delivered ethanol at the Argo supply hub in the Chicago market traded unchanged at $1.495 per gallon, and ethanol barges for May shipment to New York Harbor changing hands at $1.575 per gallon, unchanged on the day.

Elsewhere, this week delivered shipment to the Pacific Northwest traded at $1.65 per gallon, up 2.5 cents, with Arizona spot prices discussed unchanged at a $1.60 to $1.625 per gallon bid/ask. Gulf Coast spot prices soften.
