Spot ethanol prices retreated Friday alongside New York Mercantile Exchange RBOB futures and Chicago Board of Trade corn futures, with prompt fuel ethanol supply at the Argo hub in Chicago assessed at $1.56 gallon, 2.25cts lower. May barged fuel ethanol in the New York Harbor was talked at $1.63 gallon, down 2.0cts. Prompt supply product in Houston was discussed at $1.625 gallon for a 3.75cts loss, with spot supply ethanol in the Arizona market assessed at $1.67 gallon, down 1.0cts on the session.
