INDIANA, Wells County. A 79-acre farm sold at auction in six contiguous tracts for $1.9 million, or $24,050 per acre. The property includes about 52 acres of mostly tillable ground. There are two homes on the property; one is a 3,697-square-foot home, and a second on a separate tract is a 1,416-square-foot two-story home.

IOWA, Allamakee County. A 258-acre farm sold in six tracts in an online auction for $3.9 million, or an average of $16,750. A 100-acre tract includes hunting and recreational land, as well as a mix of timber and tillable ground, and is known for its whitetail deer population. A 47-acre parcel includes cropland and timber production with a scenic overlook of the Mississippi River. The remaining four tracts covering 111 acres include a mix of timber, tillable ground, grassland and recreational land. Tract five, which sold for $27,400 per acre, includes an existing well and electricity that is suitable for a residence.

OKLAHOMA, Beaver County. A 400-acre dryland farm with the potential for developing into an irrigated farm sold for $550,000, or $1,375 per acre. The property has a well that was once operational but was discontinued because of problems with the well.

SOUTH DAKOTA, Brookings County. A 40-acre farm sold at auction for $565,000, or $14,125 per acre. The property features 33 Farm Service Agency cropland acres, including a soil productivity index of 81.9 on 24 acres. The farm includes several paddocks for livestock as well as a three-bedroom house and a heated and insulated shop. The farm features a 25-acre corn base with a Price Loss Coverage yield of 116 bushels per acre, in addition to a five-acre wheat base.
