Baked Chicken Taquitos

Taquitos are perfect appetizers for a large party or a casual weeknight meal. Baking cuts the calories compared to frying. A creamy filling and crispy bake provide plenty of flavor. (DTN/Progressive Farmer photo by Rachel Johnson)
