GEORGIA, Screven County. A 74-acre primarily recreational property sold for $518,000, or $7,000 an acre. The property is set up for all types of hunting and features a natural pine stand with a large food plot that is typically planted to corn. The property also includes a 10-acre duck impoundment as well as hardwoods at the rear of the property.

INDIANA, Grant County. A 131-acre farm sold in two tracts for $1.5 million, or an average of $11,069 per acre. The first property includes a 1,140-square-foot home on 47 acres, as well as cattle and storage bins along with 40 tillable acres. The second 84-acre tract includes 69 tillable acres. In all, the farm averages 148.3 bushels per acre on corn, 45.7 bushels per acre on soybeans and 62.4 bushels per acre on winter wheat.

MISSOURI, Ralls County. A 253-acre farm sold at auction in five tracts for $2.2 million, including four land tracts that sold for an average of $7,725 per acre. The four land tracts sold in parcels of 101, 57, 48 and 22 acres, with soil ratings ranging from 70.6 to 76.9. Three of the four land parcels have ponds and pasture/hay ground. In addition, fiber optic access is available throughout the five tracts. Tract five, which has a 2,384-square-foot home and a steel utility building, sold for a lump sum of $530,000.

MINNESOTA, Lincoln County. A 112-acre farm sold at auction for $559,200, or $5,000 per acre. The farm includes 57 cropland acres with 17 acres under cultivation for row crops and 40 acres enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program. The remaining 55 acres are in grassland suited for livestock grazing that includes a natural-fed water source. The tillable and pasture acres are rented for the 2026 crop year. The tillable and CRP acres have an overall soil rating of 85.8.
