COLORADO, Logan County. A 138-acre farm sold for $140,000, or $1,014 per acre. The farm includes 114 Farm Service Agency crop acres with a soil rating of 39.4. The seller offered 33% interest in 81 acres of wheat planted on the property.

ILLINOIS, Hamilton County. A 210-acre farm sold at auction for $1.5 million, or an average of $7,475 an acre. The farm includes an 80-acre tract consisting of 28 acres of crop production with a productivity index of 99.75, along with 32 acres of timber that includes wildlife. The tract also includes an eight- to 10-acre lake site that has two to three pinch point areas ideal for hunting stands. Another 40-acre tract includes 21 acres of tillable crop production, with the remaining acreage featuring a habitat including a pond for wildlife. The cropland status for 2026 was open at the time of the listing. A 32-acre property features 26 tillable acres with a productivity index of 100.3. The remaining acreage on the tract includes timber rows. The farm includes a 35-acre tract of tillable farmland as well as an 18-acre tract with 16 acres of row crop ground with a 108.83 productivity index.

MISSOURI, Lewis County. A 229-acre farm was sold in four tracts at auction for $1.8 million, or an average of $6,550 per acre. A 142-acre cropland tract has a soil rating of 64.8 and is 82% tillable. The farm also includes a 27-acre cropland tract that is 93% tillable. Tract three is 50 acres of nearly completely wooded timber, while the fourth tract is the homestead that includes a three-bedroom home, garage, a machine shed, two bin structures, a pond and rural water and well.

OKLAHOMA, Alfalfa County. A 634-acre farm sold in three tracts for $1.6 million, or an average of $2,450 an acre. A 320-acre tract includes 305 crop base acres, including 189 wheat acres with a yield of 50 bushels per acre, 40 canola base acres and 37 corn base acres with a yield of 61 bushels per acre. The farm includes a 155-acre tract with 149 cropland acres. A 160-acre tract includes 155 tillable acres with a wheat base of 97 acres with a 47-bushel yield; 37 canola base acres and 10 corn base acres.
