OMAHA (DTN) -- Posted 12:42 -- December corn is up 7 3/4 cents per bushel, November soybeans are up 15 1/4 cents, September KC wheat is up 28 3/4 cents, September Chicago wheat is up 25 1/4 cents and MIAX September Minneapolis wheat is up 24 1/2 cents. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 99.62 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.020 and September crude oil is up $2.52 per barrel. August gold is up $69.50 per ounce. Headed into the midweek close, grain and soy markets remain sharply higher. A bullish weather forecast ahead, falling E.U. production potential and the slowdown in Black Sea grain exports are all reasons for strength.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 134.97 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.070 and September crude oil is up $2.35 per barrel. August gold is up $86.00 per ounce. At midmorning, grain and soy markets are up sharply with KC wheat leading the way up. Threatening U.S. and E.U. weather and war developments are driving markets higher. Estimates for both U.S. and E.U. corn crops are falling.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 105.25 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.130 and September crude oil is up $1.89 per barrel. August gold is up $70.90 per ounce. Grain and soy markets are sharply higher led by wheat and soybeans. Continued attacks in the Black Sea have slowed grain exports and weather both here and in Europe continues to be mostly bullish.

Livestock

Posted 11:32 -- October live cattle are down $2.73 at $220.5, August feeder cattle are down $5.73 at $343.825, October lean hogs are up $0.38 at $88.5, December corn is up 7 3/4 cents per bushel and December soybean meal is up $6.70. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 195.05 points and the NASDAQ is down 14.79 points. Bids of $228 live have surfaced in Kansas, and bids of $230 live and $365 dressed are currently noted in Nebraska. But aside from a handful of cattle that traded in Iowa, the market hasn't seen business progress as feedlot managers are hopeful that prices will improve.

Posted 08:36 -- October live cattle are down $1.78 at $221.45, August feeder cattle are down $3.68 at $345.875, October lean hogs are up $0.50 at $88.625, December corn is up 6 1/4 cents per bushel and December soybean meal is up $4.70. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 89.41 points and the NASDAQ is down 141.88 points. With no strong developments surfacing yet in the cattle complex in terms of fundamental support -- both the live cattle and feeder cattle contracts are trading lower at Wednesday's open. Still no developments have surfaced in the fed cash cattle market and both bids and asking prices remain elusive.
