On Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. CDT, the U.S. Census Bureau will release the Trade Balance report for March. Otherwise, there are no other major reports scheduled. Traders will stay in tune to the situation in the Middle East as tensions have escalated to begin the week.

Weather

A stronger front continues to push south through the country on Tuesday, producing scattered showers from the Central Plains to the Northeast. We could see some severe thunderstorms developing ahead of the front from northeast Texas into the northern Delta as well. Cold air pushing in behind that front will turn rain over to snow in southeast Wyoming and Colorado, leading to heavy accumulations through Wednesday.
