OMAHA (DTN) -- Posted 10:29 -- July corn is down 1/2 cent per bushel, July soybeans are down 2 1/2 cents, July KC wheat is down 9 1/4 cents, July Chicago wheat is down 5 1/4 cents and MIAX July Minneapolis wheat is down 3 3/4 cents. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 175.12 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.140 and June crude oil is down $0.40 per barrel. June gold is up $14.50 per ounce. At midmorning, wheat, corn, beans and bean oil are all trading modestly lower, while soymeal is up slightly in very quiet trade. Traders are biding time ahead of possible peace talks with Iran. Planting will be delayed a bit with the active weather pattern ahead.

Posted 08:31 -- July corn is up 1 1/4 cents per bushel, July soybeans are up 1 cent, July KC wheat is down 6 3/4 cents, July Chicago wheat is down 1 1/4 cents and MIAX July Minneapolis wheat is down 3 1/2 cents. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 87.92 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.070 and June crude oil is down $0.31 per barrel. June gold is down $15.70 per ounce. Wheat and bean oil are lower and soybeans and corn are little changed in early trade Friday. There is limited news from the Iran conflict.

Livestock

Posted 11:42 -- June live cattle are up $0.80 at $244.3, August feeder cattle are up $1.70 at $361.05, June lean hogs are down $0.70 at $102.75, July corn is down 1 cent per bushel and July soybean meal is up $0.50. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 172.44 points and NASDAQ is up 375.57 points. The livestock complex is again trading mixed as the cattle contracts are scaling higher thanks to some additional technical support while the hog complex is stalling out and trading mostly lower. No new cash cattle trade has developed and it's looking like the bulk of this week's trade is done with.

Posted 08:37 -- June live cattle are up $0.85 at $244.35, August feeder cattle are up $1.48 at $360.825, June lean hogs are down $0.10 at $103.35, July corn is up 1 1/2 cents per bushel and July soybean meal is up $1.30. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 156.63 points and NASDAQ is up 174.58 points. The cattle contracts are off to a stronger start even though cash prices have trended lower this week. No new bids are currently on the table and it's most likely that the bulk of this week's trade is done with.
