OMAHA (DTN) -- Posted 12:41 -- May corn is down 1 3/4 cents per bushel, May soybeans are up 12 1/2 cents, May KC wheat is up 3 cents, May Chicago wheat is down 1 1/4 cents and MIAX May Minneapolis wheat is down 6 1/4 cents. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 281.38 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.120 and May crude oil is up $0.53 per barrel. June gold is down $33.70 per ounce. Heading for the Friday close, soybean meal has soared, pulling soybeans along for the ride. Corn and bean oil remain lower with wheat mixed. Oil share spread unwinding is given credit for much of the soymeal rally along with strong export and domestic demand.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 148.93 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.210 and May crude oil is up $0.96 per barrel. June gold is down $19.40 per ounce. At midmorning soybeans and soymeal are extending rallies, wheat is now mixed and corn and bean oil remain lower. Oil-meal spread activity is given as the reason for the sharp gain in soybean meal.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 56.51 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.230 and May crude oil is up $0.57 per barrel. June gold is down $18.60 per ounce. USDA: private exporters reported 125,640 mt (4.9 mb) of corn to unknown destinations for 2025-26 and 100,000 mt of soybean cake and meal to Italy for 2025-26. Soybeans and soymeal are higher while corn, bean oil and wheat are lower early Friday. Traders await the start of U.S. and Iran peace negotiations beginning Saturday.
LivestockPosted 11:31 -- June live cattle are up $1.10 at $248.3, May feeder cattle are up $1.48 at $371.9, June lean hogs are down $0.25 at $103.875, May corn is down 2 1/4 cents per bushel and May soybean meal is up $13.30. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 256.23 points and NASDAQ is up 73.81 points. Currently there are a few bids on the table: $250 live offered in Iowa and $385 dressed offered in Nebraska. Otherwise, the fed cash cattle market sits idle. Asking prices are noted at $392 to $395 in Nebraska and $250 live in Texas. Trade should begin to develop at any moment now.
Posted 08:40 -- June live cattle are up $0.40 at $247.6, May feeder cattle are up $1.25 at $371.675, June lean hogs are down $0.38 at $103.75, May corn is down 1 1/2 cents per bushel and May soybean meal is up $11.30. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 153.91 points and NASDAQ is up 103.52 points. The livestock complex is off to another mixed start as the cattle contacts aim to trade higher and hope that some positive cash cattle will soon develop, and the lean hog complex is trading lower. No bids are on the table for the cash cattle market, but packer interest should improve soon.
