Easy Blender Salsa (Rachel Johnson)

Easy Blender Salsa

This salsa makes it easy to add a kick of flavor to tacos, burritos, nachos, tortilla chips, burgers or whatever meal or snack you want to mildly spice up!

TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes

MAKES: 2 cups salsa

INGREDIENTS:

1 (14.5-ounce can) diced tomatoes

1/4 small red onion, cut into chunks

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, including the stems

1 lime, zested and juiced

1 jalapeno pepper (deseeded for a milder flavor)

2 garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon kosher salt

PREPARATION:

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; pulse to your desired texture to combine.

2. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
