OMAHA (DTN) -- After the Sunday evening open, row crops are off to a quiet start. July corn is up 1 1/2 cents and July soybeans are up 1/4 cent. Temperatures fell below freezing Sunday morning as far south as northwestern Kansas and are expected to return Monday morning as far south as southern Missouri and central Kentucky. July KC wheat is up 5 cents and July Minneapolis wheat is up 4 1/4 cents with Monday and Tuesday showing limited chances for rain in part of the southwestern Plains. June crude oil is down $0.21 and Dow Jones futures are down 72 points after Saturday's news from the Wall Street Journal that Moody's downgraded ratings on 11 regional banks. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.12 and June gold is up $4.00.
