Farm Groups Ask Appeals Court to Reverse District Court Ruling on EPA FOIA Release
The American Farm Bureau Federation and the National Pork Producers Council appealed to the United States Appeals Court for the Eight Circuit Friday, asking the court to protect farmers' personal information from being released to environmental groups.
