Forklift Ball Hitch (Illustration by Ray E. Watkins Jr.)

Adrian Glanzer, Carpenter, South Dakota, wants to move trailers and other equipment with ball hitches using a forklift. He cut two pieces of square tubing to slide over the forks and connected the two with a third piece the width of the forks. Two holes (not shown) accept pins attaching the assembly to the forks when in use.
