Makes: 6 sliders | Prep Time: 15 minutes
6 butter rolls, cut in half lengthwise
6 slices Monterey Jack cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon adobo sauce from canned chipotles
¼ pound turkey breast, cut into 6 slices
3 butter lettuce leaves, cut in half
3 thin slices red onion, cut in half
1. Preheat oven to broil. Place rolls, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray; toast for 90 seconds or until golden. Fold each cheese slice in half; place on bottom halves of rolls.
2. Mix mayonnaise, cranberry sauce and adobo sauce in a small bowl. Spread remaining roll halves evenly with mayonnaise.
3. Top each slice of cheese with turkey, 1 butter lettuce leaf half and 1 red onion half. Top with other half of roll; serve.
