IOWA, Louisa County. A 125-acre farm sold at auction for $969,542, or $7,752 an acre. The pasture and Conservation Reserve Program property includes mature timber, a stocked pond and live creek frontage with year-round water resources. The farm includes a home, three grain bins with dryer and fans for row crop use and an older barn. The 95 CRP acres generate payments of more than $16,000 annually.

KANSAS, Kingman County. A 322-acre farm sold in a single tract at auction for $709,060, or $2,202 per acre. The property includes 310 acres of cropland with a wheat base of 250 acres and a 35-bushel yield, 53 grain sorghum base acres with a yield of 46 bushels per acre, as well as a five-acre oats base. The farm includes expired Conservation Reserve Program acres that have been used for grass hay production. The farm also includes a spring-fed creek as well as wildlife cover.

MINNESOTA, Lincoln County. A 468-acre farm sold for $6.2 million, or $13,248 per acre. The farm includes a nine-acre acreage featuring grain storage capacity of more than 900,000 bushels, a 2,850-square-foot home, a machine shed and shop. The property includes 398 tillable acres with an overall average crop productivity index of 90. In addition to acres in the Conservation Reserve Program, the farm comes with supplemental income from wind turbines totaling $14,963 in 2024.

OHIO, Allen County. A 116-acre farm sold in four tracts at auction for $2 million, or $16,522 per acre. The property includes a 69-acre parcel with 57 tillable acres and has been improved to support a cattle operation. The tract includes a family home, a storage building, a covered cattle working facility, improved horse stalls and three-sided buildings with fenced paddocks for cattle feeding and holding. The farm also includes a 35-acre tract of nearly all tillable land, an 11-acre fenced pasture and tillable farmland parcel, and a one-acre property with a home.
