IOWA, Jasper County. A 317-acre row-crop farm sold at auction in two tracts for $2.9 million, or an average of $9,300 per acre. The first 167-acre parcel includes about 140 cropland acres, about 24 acres in pasture, and is about 83% tillable. The second 149-acre cropland tract includes an open lease for 2026 and has cropland acres that could be improved.

KANSAS, Greeley County. A 476-acre dryland crop farm sold at auction for $1.3 million, or $2,650 an acre. The property with virtually no slope includes 248 wheat base acres with a yield of 33 bushels per acre, as well as 73 barley base acres with a yield of 31 bushels per acre, along with nine grain sorghum base acres with a yield of 31 bushels per acre.

KENTUCKY, Ohio County. A 229-acre primarily hunting and recreation property, along with numerous items of old farm equipment, sold at auction for $620,715, or $2,711 per acre. The property sold in three tracts of 70, 71 and 88 acres of primarily hunting and recreational land, along with about 20 tillable cropland acres. The sale also included a list of farm equipment from trucks and tractors to flatbed trucks, chisel plows, as well as two 4,000-bushel grain bins.

MISSOURI, Reynolds County. A 335-acre pasture and hay farm sold at auction for $837,500, or $2,500 per acre. The land has a history of producing 40 to 45 large five-foot by six-foot round bales per cutting and can support up to 20 cow-calf pairs. The farm includes land suitable for building a home, cabin or outbuilding, and features perimeter and cross fencing. In addition, the property includes deer and turkey populations.
