ILLINOIS, Knox County. An 88-acre farm sold at auction for $719,796, or $8,200 an acre. The cropland comes with a productivity index of 121.8, with 74 acres currently in row crop production. The farm also features a wind energy easement. The property is known for excellent upland game hunting with a pheasant population and partially wooded draws.

KANSAS, Decatur County. A 470-acre farm sold at auction in two tracts for $1.2 million, or an average of $2,325 an acre. A 315-acre tract includes 200 acres of grassland and 116 acres of cropland, with 88 wheat-base acres with a yield of 56 bushels per acre. A 155-acre tract includes 84 cropland acres and 71 grassland acres. The buyers were to receive 100% of the 2026 wheat crop.

NEBRASKA, Fillmore County. A 151-acre farm sold at auction for $1.9 million, or $12,583 per acre. The property includes 99 corn base acres with a 171-bushel yield and 45 soybean base acres with a 57-bushel yield. The farm also includes a 7-tower irrigation system.

OHIO, Butler County. A 144-acre farm sold at auction in four tracts for $2.2 million, or $15,521 an acre. Tracts one through three comprise 123 acres of primarily wooded area and include 31 acres of tillable land. The fourth tract includes 21 tillable acres and a small section of woods. The property includes an average of 129.6 bushels per acre on corn and 46.4 bushels per acre on soybeans.
