OMAHA (DTN) -- Here are the Top 5 things the DTN Newsroom is tracking for the week of May 10. Watch for coverage of these and other topics throughout the week on our subscription platforms as well as on www.DTNPF.com.

Note that all report release times are Central Daylight Time unless otherwise noted.

1. May WASDE on Tuesday: A key update on U.S. and world grain market numbers hits Tuesday with the release of the May World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates report at 11 a.m. DTN will post the numbers directly after their release and will continue to update information with details and analysis throughout the day. We'll also have our follow-up webinar, featuring the insights of DTN Lead Analyst Rhett Montgomery at 12:30 p.m. To register for that free webinar, go here: https://www.dtn.com/….

2. China visit: Weather and the war news could take a back seat with traders if the upcoming meeting between the Trump administration and Chinese leaders happens, following several postponements. While any trade announcements may or may not come to fruition, commodity prices could likely move on any news.

3. Winter wheat tour: We'll be reporting from the Wheat Quality Council's 2026 Hard Winter Wheat, with daily updates on the crop's condition and yield estimates from across Kansas and northern Oklahoma. Tour begins Tuesday; see our preview story Monday on www.dtnpf.com.

4. Super El Nino: The current El Nino weather pattern is taking on some super-sized wrinkles, and we'll be evaluating how that is going to influence weather around the globe. For the current thinking, see our latest Ag Weather Forum pieces here: https://www.dtnpf.com/…
