MISSOURI, Clark County. A 1,044-acre farm sold for $7.23 million, or $6,925 per acre, at auction. The contiguous farm consists of 14 parcels, including tillable land, conservation reserve program, grass pasture and hunting. The farm includes an 81-acre tract of bottom land that sold for $11,500 an acre and is 87% tillable. It also includes three recreational tracts totaling 193 acres, selling for between $8,900 and $9,000 an acre.

NORTH DAKOTA, Benson County. A 1,174.48-acre farm sold for $2.8 million, or $2,380 per acre, at auction. This contiguous farm includes three parcels totaling 694.48 acres of cropland and one parcel with 480 acres of pasture. The three cropland parcels contain a variety of soil types with weighted-average productivity indexes of 65.8, 65.9 and 63.2. The pasture tract includes total annual water bank program acre payments of $4,123, expiring at the end of 2030.

SOUTH DAKOTA, Union County. A 151.69-acre farm sold for a total of $1.9 million, $12,480 per acre at auction. The farm includes two continuous parcels of highly productive cropland that were sold separately. An 81.19-acre parcel sold for $1.2 million, or $14,200 per acre, and is 98% tillable with a 61.8 soil rating. The second parcel sold for $740,250, or $10,500 per acre, and is 73% tillable with a 62.3 soil rating.

MINNESOTA, Wilkin County. A 160-acre farm sold for $1.15 million, or $7,200 per acre, at auction. The farm is described as exceptionally level with a soil rating of 87.9 and with consistent yields on a professionally managed farm with natural surface drainage.
