OMAHA (DTN) -- Posted 19:43 on 10/25 -- December corn is down 3 1/2 cents, and November soybeans are down 15 cents. December KC wheat is down 3 cents, December Chicago wheat is down 1 1/2 cents, and December MIAX Minneapolis wheat is up 1 3/4 cents. December crude oil is down $1.22, and Dow Jones futures are up 36 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.11, and December gold is down $4.80. To open the new week, soybean futures are down sharply, gapping lower in response to a plunge in the Brazilian Real in response to the Brazilian presidential election results thus far, with polls closing on Sunday. This weakness has spilled into corn and wheat futures to open the week as well. After steady price declines through the past month, row crop futures enter the new week nearing long-term chart support as traders will continue to monitor the advancing U.S. harvest for supply clues moving forward.
