OMAHA (DTN) -- Posted 08:33 -- December corn is down 2 1/2 cents per bushel, November soybeans are down 11 3/4 cents, December KC wheat is down 7 3/4 cents, December Chicago wheat is down 9 cents and December MIAX wheat is down 4 1/2 cents. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 18.09 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is up 0.230 and October crude oil is up $1.37 per barrel. December gold is down $0.10 per ounce. USDA: Private exporters reported sales of 111,000 metric tons (4.1 mb) of soybeans for delivery to China during the 2026/2027 marketing year. Grain and soy markets under pressure early Friday with soybean meal and soybeans down hard.

Posted 11:29 -- December live cattle are down $0.55 at $215.7, October feeder cattle are down $1.73 at $322.65, December lean hogs are down $0.65 at $68.95, December corn is down 3 cents per bushel and December soybean meal is down $14.00. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 260.61 points and NASDAQ is down 65.23 points. No new cash cattle trade has developed, but bids have been renewed in Nebraska at $222 live and $350 dressed. More trade will likely develop after today's Cattle on Feed report.

Posted 08:34 -- December live cattle are up $1.08 at $217.325, October feeder cattle are up $1.05 at $325.425, December lean hogs are up $0.18 at $69.775, December corn is down 2 cents per bushel and December soybean meal is down $8.00. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 35.88 points and the NASDAQ is up 119.93 points. Following the last two day of weaker trade in the cattle complex, both the live cattle and feeder cattle contracts are trading higher at Friday's start. Some light cash cattle trade has developed this week in the North at $350 which is steady with last week's weighted average, but no trade has developed in the South just yet.
