Grain and soy markets have exploded to the upside, led by wheat and soybeans. Russia's Putin has stated he plans to escalate attacks on Ukraine grain, vessel and port structures already badly damaged. That has led to big fund buying in corn, wheat and to a lesser extent soybeans and soymeal. Adding to the bullish euphoria are falling yield ideas, increased demand, and a hot and dry outlook for parts of the Western Corn Belt and Plains. Rumors are China has bought an additional 4 to 6 cargoes of U.S. beans this morning.
