OMAHA (DTN) -- Posted 12:40 -- December corn is up 4 cents per bushel, November soybeans are up 1 1/2 cents, December KC wheat is down 5 cents, December Chicago wheat is down 3/4 cent and December MIAX wheat is down 4 1/4 cents. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 416.51 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.090 and October crude oil is up $0.43 per barrel. December gold is up $109.80 per ounce. Heading into the Friday close, soybeans and meal are slightly better, bean oil is down hard and corn is higher. Wheat markets are weaker. Once the Midwest crop tour results are announced, it is likely the corn yield could be pegged at below 180 bpa with some thoughts of a number in a range of 177-180. Demand is on the move higher with new crop soy sales now the highest since 2022 as China ramps up buying.

Posted 08:35 -- December corn is down 1/2 cents and November soybeans are down 3 1/2 cents. September KC wheat is down 10 3/4 cents, September Chicago wheat is down 6 1/2 cents, and September MIAX Minneapolis wheat is down 6 3/4 cents. October crude oil is up $0.10 and Dow Jones futures are up 242 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.10 and December gold is up $63.20. Row-crop futures are moderately lower to open Friday's session, taking a slight breather after what has otherwise been a bullish week for price action. For soybeans, it will be interesting to see if Friday morning's USDA flash export sales are a spark for the trade with a hefty 52.6 million bushels of new-crop beans sold to China as well as unknown buyers. USDA also reported an 8 mb corn sale.

Posted 08:37 -- October live cattle are down $4.70 at $213.3, September feeder cattle are down $6.65 at $322.275, October lean hogs are down $0.43 at $79.8, December corn is down 1/2 cent per bushel and December soybean meal is down $3.00. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 280.74 points and the NASDAQ is up 93.77 points. President Trump announced that for the next 90 days, the U.S. will allow up to 300,000 metric tons of product for ground beef to be imported into the U.S. with no quota tariff. This obviously isn't setting well with the cattle contracts as both are notably lower at Friday's start.
