OMAHA (DTN) -- Posted 10:30 -- December corn is down 6 3/4 cents per bushel, November soybeans are up 3/4 cent, September KC wheat is steady, September Chicago wheat is up 1/2 cent and December MIAX wheat is up 3/4 cent. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 118.76 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.100 and September crude oil is down $0.66 per barrel. December gold is down $47.00 per ounce. At midmorning, the corn market is correcting from the 20-cent gain following the August WASDE report. Soybeans and bean oil are little changed and wheat has fallen 15 cents from the morning high to trade slightly lower. Volume appears to be light and news scarce.

Posted 08:32 -- December corn is down 2 1/2 cents per bushel, November soybeans are down 2 1/4 cents, September KC wheat is up 8 cents, September Chicago wheat is up 6 3/4 cents and December MIAX wheat is up 6 1/2 cents. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 142.40 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.130 and September crude oil is down $2.39 per barrel. December gold is down $27.80 per ounce. USDA: private exporters reported sales of 125,000 metric tons (4.6 million bushels) of soybeans for delivery to China during the 2026-27 marketing year. Wheat is stronger for the second straight day while soybeans and corn are correcting from Wednesday's big gains.

Livestock

Posted 08:34 -- October live cattle are down $0.80 at $223., September feeder cattle are down $1.18 at $338.175, October lean hogs are down $0.55 at $83., December corn is down 2 1/2 cents per bushel and December soybean meal is up $0.50. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 104.33 points and the NASDAQ is up 74.63 points. Thursday's export report shared that beef net sales of 14,400 mt for 2026 were down 27% from the previous week but up 10% from the prior four week average. The three largest buyers were South Korea (5,300 mt), Japan (3,000 mt) and Hong Kong (1,100 mt). Pork net sales of 36,300 mt for 2026 were up 33% from the previous week and 29% from the prior four week average. The three largest buyers were Mexico (14,200 mt), Japan (6,400 mt) and South Korea (4,100 mt).
