OMAHA (DTN) -- Posted 12:46 -- December corn is down 2 1/2 cents per bushel, November soybeans are down 2 cents, September KC wheat is up 8 1/4 cents, September Chicago wheat is up 4 1/2 cents and September MIAX wheat is up 9 1/2 cents. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 556.96 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.970 and September crude oil is down $0.43 per barrel. August gold is up $63.80 per ounce. Heading into the Thursday close, the cooler and wetter forecast for the Corn Belt this and next week is weakening corn and soy, while wheat is higher on Black Sea export problems, but gains are less than half of early morning strength. Crude oil is down despite escalation of the Iran attacks, and equities are up sharply.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 135.31 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.810 and September crude oil is down $0.27 per barrel. August gold is up $57.20 per ounce. At midmorning, wheat markets are still higher but have retreated halfway from the morning high with support coming from the ongoing slowdown in Black Sea exports. Corn and beans are mixed to lower and weakened by what looks like greater potential for much-needed widespread rain coverage into next week.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 278.54 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.240 and September crude oil is down $1.05 per barrel. August gold is up $38.00 per ounce. USDA: Private exporters reported sales of 132,000 mt of soybeans to China for 2026/2027. Wheat is surging after Ukraine hit a major Russian export terminal and four vessels, while corn and beans are also higher to start.
LivestockPosted 11:38 -- October live cattle are up $1.88 at $225.85, September feeder cattle are up $1.43 at $340.075, October lean hogs are down $2.65 at $83.05, December corn is down 1 cent per bushel and December soybean meal is up $1.00. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 451.27 points and the NASDAQ is up 601.71 points. Bids are beginning to surface again in the fed cash cattle market. Currently packers are offering $235 live and $365 dressed. Asking prices remain at $234 to $235 in the South and at $370 in the North.
Posted 08:36 -- October live cattle are up $1.85 at $225.825, September feeder cattle are up $2.90 at $341.55, October lean hogs are down $0.85 at $84.85, December corn is up 2 1/4 cents per bushel and December soybean meal is down $1.30. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 272.09 points and the NASDAQ is up 402.61 points. With the bulls still taking charge of the cattle complex, both the live cattle and feeder cattle contracts are trading higher at Thursday's start. No cash cattle trade is currently being noted -- and no bids are currently on the table.
