OMAHA (DTN) -- Posted 08:32 -- May corn is down 1 1/2 cents per bushel, May soybeans are up 1 1/4 cents, May KC wheat is up 1/4 cent, May Chicago wheat is up 1 3/4 cents and MIAX May Minneapolis wheat is down 1 cent. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 208.95 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.010 and May crude oil is up $3.36 per barrel. June gold is down $9.10 per ounce. Grain and soy markets are mixed to mostly slightly lower to start early Tuesday with war news again dominating the headlines. Thursday features the April WASDE report, but all eyes are focused on today's deadline to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.

Livestock

Posted 08:37 -- June live cattle are down $0.38 at $246.65, May feeder cattle are down $0.50 at $369.85, June lean hogs are down $0.33 at $107.375, May corn is down 1 1/4 cents per bushel and May soybean meal is up $0.30. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 130.24 points and NASDAQ is down 128.22 points. The livestock complex is off to a mostly lower start at Tuesday's start as traders look for continued fundamental support. Still no cash cattle trade has developed and trade will likely be delayed until the later half of the week.
