OMAHA (DTN) -- Posted 12:45 -- May corn is down 3/4 cent per bushel, May soybeans are down 6 1/2 cents, May KC wheat is down 2 1/2 cents, May Chicago wheat is up 3 1/4 cents and MIAX May Minneapolis wheat is up 1 1/2 cents. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 6.36 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is up 0.200 and April crude oil is up $0.07 per barrel. April gold is down $27.60 per ounce. As we approach the Thursday close, soybeans have been volatile with May trading in a 27-cent range, coming within a nickel of the November high before fading. Soymeal also fell, but soybean oil has again surged to a new high on EPA volume talk and is now in the extreme level of overbought.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 21.13 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is up 0.090 and April crude oil is up $1.20 per barrel. April gold is down $31.60 per ounce. At midmorning, soybeans and soymeal have retreated from early gains while bean oil continues to trade near the new high. Corn is little changed and wheat markets are mixed. Both wheat and soy export sales were poor in the past week.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 208.37 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.010 and April crude oil is down $1.34 per barrel. April gold is down $60.20 per ounce. USDA: private exporters reported sales of 178,000 mt (7 mb) of corn to Japan with 154,000 mt (6 mb) for 2026/2027, and 24,000 mt (1 mb) for 2027/2028. Wheat is mixed with corn slightly firmer and the bean complex strong early Thursday.
LivestockPosted 11:35 -- April live cattle are down $3.68 at $236.6, April feeder cattle are down $6.70 at $357.325, April lean hogs are down $0.25 at $95.95, May corn is down 1/4 cent per bushel and May soybean meal is down $2.90. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 162.28 points and the NASDAQ is down 359.96 points. There are bids currently on the table in Nebraska and Texas, but no cattle have traded yet. Asking prices are noted at $388 to $390 in the North, and at $250 plus in the South.
Posted 08:36 -- April live cattle are down $0.65 at $239.625, April feeder cattle are down $2.03 at $362., April lean hogs are up $0.03 at $96.225, May corn is up 2 cents per bushel and May soybean meal is up $2.00. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 205.73 points and NASDAQ is down 51.56 points. Beef net sales of 12,900 mt for 2026 were down 12% from the previous week and 23% from the prior 4-week average. The three largest buyers were Japan (4,500 mt), Mexico (1,900 mt) and South Korea (1,900 mt). Pork net sales of 42,600 mt for 2026 were up 56% from the previous week and 16% from the prior 4-week average. The three largest buyers were Mexico (25,600 mt), Japan (4,000 mt) and Colombia (2,800 mt).
