OMAHA (DTN) -- Posted 10:31 -- March corn is down 1/2 cent per bushel, March soybeans are up 10 1/2 cents, March KC wheat is up 1/2 cent, March Chicago wheat is down 1/4 cent and MIAX March Minneapolis wheat is down 1 1/2 cents. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 396.46 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is up 0.270 and February crude oil is down $2.86 per barrel. February gold is down $20.00 per ounce. At midmorning, corn and wheat are trading near unchanged with soybeans and soybean oil both trading sharply higher on news that we could soon see the Trump biofuel policy guidelines. A series of both corn and soybean sales were announced early Thursday including more soy sales to China.

Posted 08:31 -- March corn is up 3/4 cent per bushel, March soybeans are up 2 3/4 cents, March KC wheat is up 2 1/2 cents, March Chicago wheat is up 2 3/4 cents and MIAX March Minneapolis wheat is up 2 1/2 cents. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 206.90 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is up 0.310 and February crude oil is down $2.67 per barrel. February gold is down $25.40 per ounce. Grain and soy markets are firmer, supported by the report of new sales. There were some sizable flash sales announced early Thursday (see below). USDA -- private exporters reported the following : 204,000 mt (7.5 mb) of soybeans to China for 2025/2026, 110,000 mt (4 mb)of soybeans to unknown for 2025/2026, 360,000 mt (13.2 mb) soybeans to unknown for 2025/2026, and 75,000 mt (2.8 mb) for 2026/2027. Also, 260,000 mt (10.2 mb) of corn received to Japan for 2025/2026 and 500,302 mt (19.7 mb) of corn to unknown for 2025/2026.

Livestock

Posted 08:36 -- February live cattle are up $0.50 at $235.65, March feeder cattle are up $1.55 at $361.25, February lean hogs are up $0.48 at $86.175, March corn is up 3/4 cent per bushel and March soybean meal is up $0.90. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 195.15 points and NASDAQ is up 184.37 points. Beef net sales of 11,200 mt for 2026 were primarily for South Korea (3,800 mt), Japan (2,000 mt) and Mexico (1,700 mt). Pork net sales of 26,800 mt for 2026 were primarily for Mexico (9,200 mt), Japan (5,200 mt) and South Korea (4,100 mt).
