Isolated storms are forecast to form across the western half of North Dakota later Thursday. Throughout the evening, storms will become scattered and move east, eventually reaching northern Minnesota early Friday morning. A few tornadoes, large hail, and damaging wind gusts over 65 mph are possible with stronger storms that develop in North Dakota.
