Periodic Updates on the Grains, Livestock Futures Markets
OMAHA (DTN) -- After Friday's 8:30 a.m. CDT open, December corn is down 1 1/4 cents and November soybeans are down 8 3/4 cents, even after USDA reported 4.4 million bushels of soybeans were sold to China for 2024-25. December KC wheat is up 5 3/4 cents and December Minneapolis wheat is up 4 1/4 cents, getting a bounce on Friday, in spite of rains expected in U.S. winter wheat areas the next five days. November crude oil is down $0.47 and Dow Jones futures are down 81 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is up 0.16 and December gold is up $20.00.
