Easy Chocolate-Hazelnut Mousse

This easy-to-make dessert is the perfect treat for you to present to your loved one on Valentine's Day.

MAKES: 2 Servings

TOTAL TIME: 10 Minutes plus 2 Hours to chill


1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold from the fridge

1/3 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread

1/4 teaspoon salt

Whipped cream, for serving


1. Place cold cream into a large mixing bowl. Using a whisk or a hand mixer, whip the cream until soft peaks form (about 3 to 5 minutes).

2. Using a rubber spatula, fold chocolate spread and salt into cream until well-incorporated.

3. Transfer mousse to two serving cups. Cover with plastic wrap; chill at least 2 hours.

4. Serve cold with more whipped cream, if desired.
