The property was described as level, mostly tillable, productive farmland and had been used to produce corn and soybeans. The property had 2021 corn yields of 244 bushels per acre on average and 202 FSA cropland acres. The land was leased for the 2022 and 2023 crop years. Average per-acre price was $10,711. The land property, which included two wind towers, sold in three tracts, with tract prices ranging from $1,650 to $2,450 per acre. Average across the whole was about $1,984 per land acre. This did not include the home, which sold as a separate tract. About 177 acres were dryland crop ground and 117 acres grassland.
