INDIANA, Wayne County. A 150-acre property with 122 cropland acres sold at auction for $930,000. The property sold in three tracts and was a mixture of corn, soybean, wheat and pasture acreage. IOWA, Warren County. Pending at press time, a sale for nearly 330 acres of mixed land, including high-quality tillable farmland, sold for $3.15 million, or an average of $9,545 per acre. The property was auctioned in five tracts and, in addition to the tiled and terraced farmland, included ponds and building sites all about a half-mile off a hard-surface road.
