OMAHA (DTN) -- December corn is down 1 3/4 cents per bushel, November soybeans are down 1/4 cent, December KC wheat is down 3 1/2 cents, December Chicago wheat is down 3 3/4 cents and December Minneapolis wheat is down 2 1/4 cents. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 366.50 points and November crude oil is down $0.04 per barrel. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.410 and December gold is up $11.50 per ounce. USDA reported the following new flash sales at 8 a.m. -- 207,140 mt (8.1 million bushels) of corn to unknown, 110,800 mt (4.4 mb) of corn to Japan, both for 2020-21, and 218,300 mt (8 mb) of soybeans sold to unknown for 2020-21.

Posted 09/27 at 19:08 -- After Sunday evening's open, December corn is down 1 cent, November soybeans are down 3 1/2 cents and December KC wheat is down 2 3/4 cents. Sunday's weather map shows rain in the central Midwest with more expected in the southern and eastern Midwest. For some areas, the rain will briefly interrupt harvest, but the forecast remains generally dry the next two weeks, favorable for continued harvest progress. Outside markets are lightly supportive for commodity prices. The Dow Jones futures up 86 points and the December U.S. Dollar Index down 0.08. December gold is down $1.70 and November crude oil is down $0.13.
