USDA Weekly Crop Progress Report

Corn 80% Planted; Soybeans 53% Planted

OMAHA (DTN) -- Corn was 80% planted and 43% emerged, and soybeans were 53% planted and 18% emerged as of Sunday, May 17, according to this week's USDA NASS Crop Progress report.

Winter wheat condition was estimated at 52% good to excellent, down 1 percentage points from 53% the previous week.
