BARBECUE CHICKEN PIZZA

MAKES: 2 (10-INCH) PIZZAS

SERVES: 4-6

TOTAL TIME: 30 MINUTES

1 pound pizza dough, divided

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

8 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken breast

1/4 thinly sliced red onion

Cilantro (garnish)

Green onion (garnish)

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

2. Divide pizza dough into 2 pieces; stretch or roll dough into two thin (10-inch) circles. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper; transfer dough circles to baking sheets. Brush edges of dough with olive oil.

3. Spread 1/4 cup barbecue sauce onto each dough circle in a thin layer; sprinkle both evenly with cheese, chicken and onion.

4. Bake pizzas until edges are golden brown and crisp (about 10 to 12 minutes).

5. Garnish with cilantro and green onion; drizzle with remaining barbecue sauce and ranch dressing.
