COLORADO, Lincoln County. Cropland, grass and expired CRP ground totaling 7,950 acres sold at absolute auction for $3.2 million. The property sold in five tracts, with average per-acre prices ranging from $375 to $400. Average across the whole property was $403. The property included 27,000 bushels of storage and held bases in wheat and grain sorghum. INDIANA, East Allen County. Three tracts of cropland totaling 121 acres sold at auction for $2.425 million, or about $20,041 per acre. The farmstead, which included 10 acres, sold for $170,000. Average per-acre price for the land was $3,164. The land included irrigated, dryland and grass.
