IOWA, Sac County. A timed online auction sold 155 acres in two parcels for about $2.76 million. Parcel per-acre prices ranged from $17,025 up to $18,500, for an average per-acre price of $17,806. Described as a top-quality farm in a tightly held area, the land averaged over 90 CSR2. It was already rented for the 2024 season at the time of sale.
