IOWA, Madison, Dallas and Adair Counties. A large agricultural property totaling 830.75 acres sold in eight tracts in a timed online auction. It included farmland, timber, recreational, development and commercial locations. Total price was $7.62 million. Per-acre tract prices ranged from $5,675 to $16,050.
