Plymouth County. A 55-acre auction of farmland topped out at $26,182 per acre for a total sale price of about $1.44 million. The land was described as unimproved, super high-quality farmland with a corn base (176-bushel PLC yield index) and a soybean base (53-bushel PLC yield index).
