Vaderstad Five-Section Disc

Five sections allow the implement to better follow the contours of the ground. It will be the first Vaderstad implement built in the United States. (Joel Reichenberger)

The Swedish ag equipment manufacturer is increasing its American footprint starting with a 40-foot disc that folds in five sections, meant to better follow the undulations of the ground. It also unveiled a prototype planter featuring a positive air system.

The disc, available in 2024, will be the first Vaderstad product built in the United States.
